Big News & Updates!

I finally bit the bullet and got a real website. I've been making due with just this PhotoBlog for a long time now (which will continue to be available for viewing recent shoots & updates for a long time to come!)... but I also have an official website now! I'm very excited about this change. I now have proofing & shopping cart capabilities for my clients. I also have my portfolio, calendar, and other information listed there. My other big news is that I finally upgraded my camera!
I previously used a Nikon D-40... and I've used it exclusively for the last 2.5 years. I enjoyed it for awhile, but it just doesn't do the job anymore for my growing business. I loved having more control over my photographs with the digital SLR, but now I just need something more professional. So I've become the proud owner of a Canon7D. It's a big step up, and my photographs are going to be so much better in the future. Can't wait to show them off!
So as a result, my other camera is now for sale.

My fall schedule is starting to fill up now that the weather is cooling off. If you were hoping to schedule a shoot before the holiday rush, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be making a short trip to Bartlesville, Oklahoma for the first weekend in November if anyone there wants to schedule something. Otherwise, I'll be in Baton Rouge for the rest of the season!

Can we schedule a session with you over Thanksgiving break? I'd love to have some family shots with Eva as a 5 month old.
I love that you featured us in your blog! I love looking back on my maternity pictures and 2 week pictures of Drew! It is a treat to see it somewhere else besides in iPhoto on my computer! You are awesome and we love you! Can't wait for Sept. 13! (It's not on your calendar on your new website as a day that is booked...don't double book on me! :) I'm teasing!) Congrats on the new addition! Very exciting!
Holy Moly, I wish I could buy your camera! That's a great price. I wish I had some extra money! :( boooo. If you can't find anyone to buy it, put it on ebay!
