It strikes me that two of the exact same photograph (one in color, the other desaturated) can tell completely different stories. One is generally more fun, flirtatious, and captivating, while the other is more grounded and traditional. I know this isn't ALWAYS the case, but it seems to be a trend.
How do you feel about these stereotypes? What's your preference between the two? Which would you rather hang in your home?

It really is amazing how different styles of the exact same picture tell different stories altogether. That's why I try to take all color photos so I can change them up later if I want to... the important thing is to catch the right moment!
I usually love black and white, but it depends on the photo. Some pictures look better in color. I agree with Emily. I take my photos in color and then edit them on the computer.
